I called this company along with many other companies for a quote. I selected another company to ship my car only to find out that this company placed me on the board showing me willing to pay a rate that I never agreed to. I only wanted a quote. I told the guy I booked at another company and he told me that my car was never going to get picked up for that rate. My car did not get picked up by the other company because they showed that this company had me booked for a higher rate. I lost money with the other company and was really taken advantage of. I feel like this was a complete total scam. I thought I was being so careful asking the correct questions and that when I was ready to have my car shipped it would go off without a hitch. Now I am stuck without the deposite I paid to the other company and I will not be able to ship this car. I will now drive the car myself.
