I canceled my order both by email and phone (they would not take the call though it was still in business hours) with Nationwide within 1 hr of providing my credit card information for the "refundable" deposit. I called multiple times each week for the next SIX weeks requesting the refund. Each time they assured me the deposit would be refunded immediately. "Just check back in a few days", they said. This happened no less than 5 TIMES over 6 weeks, and still there is no refund to this day, and I'm forced to file a dispute with the credit card company. Trusting their salesman was a mistake!

This company is completely dishonest and disreputable. Do not use them.
