This company got my attention by under bidding my shipment leading me to believe that I could have my truck shipped for $900. They never called me with updates forcing me to call them daily, with a simply response of "we are working really hard on your shipment and expect to have a truck at the next update, and we will call you back." After never hearing from them I called them the next day for them to tell me that they have to increase my cost to draw more interest, and that they would call me back. So after no return call I did some research to find that they way underbid my shippment. After being lied to again, I asked them to cancel my shipment and Carlos said ok. The next day my shipment was still on the load board(meaning I couldnt list it with another broker), so I called and talked with Tony(a manager) who apoligized and said he was removing it. Again a day later it was still up, meaning my shipment was being further pushed back. My current broker emailed them twice and also talked with Tony, who again stated that he would take it down. Still up, so I emailed them also, and its still up. Everytime I call it goes to a voicemail thats full, very unprofessional service and defenitey VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! I would never use these guys again, even the management lies to you. So if they offer you a shipping quote that is really cheap, its just a gimick to earn your business, my orginal $900 quote was actually $1500.00
