I contacted National Express Auto Transport to move my vehicle from California to Washington. I spoke with Carl who had found a carrier to move my vehicle and so I gave him my credit card number to charge $170 deposit. He called me back within two minutes and canceled the transport as the carrier couldn’t pick up the vehicle. He never found another carrier to pick up my vehicle and never issued a refund for the deposit of $170. I’ve contacted him many times and he says he is issuing the refund but never does and it’s been over 5 weeks ago. I’ve disputed it with my credit card company to get a refund. Also, I did contact the carrier that Carl had booked the transport with for those couple minutes and they said they canceled because Carl told them it was a small car when in fact it was an SUV. Don’t trust this company.
