I got a quote to ship my Harley from North Carolina to Wisconsin, I called and booked a week prior to the scheduled pick up date. I was told by Nelson that the motorcycle would be picked up FORSURE on the scheduled date and that the price I was quoted would be the final price. I called a day prior to the pick up date to confirm a driver had been assigned and they had not even found a driver to pick the motorcycle up yet!! They also raised the price to ship from $425 to $650! I told them wanted my deposit back and that I would drive to NC and get the motorcycle myself. I was told I had to wait up to 15 business days to get a refund and 16 business days later still no refund!!!!! I guess I will have my bank do a charge back to get my deposit back!! I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I even had other shipping company's contact me and tell me how shady this company is!!! RUN AWAY from this company!!!!
