Excellent communication all the way up to the point when I gave my deposit. Robert could not arrange shipment on a closed carrier per his contract. He did offer to have it shipped to a location 5 hours away if I was willing to pay more and meet the driver(5 hours away?).He also asked me to use an open carrier right after that so I could get my car on time. After the seven days I had to wait to cancel the order, I followed the the instructions on the contract in order to get my deposit back. Within 48 hours of canceling the order, the credit card I used for the deposit got hit with several fraudulent charges in Florida. That deposit was the first time in months I had used that specific card for anything.The transaction that never took place cost me a lot of time and inconvenience. It was a nightmare, "Find someone else!!!!"
