We contracted this company to pick up a vehicle in Montana before Christmas 2022. the vehicle should have arrived on 12/30/22 - but it did not. We left several messages for the company to call us regarding this issue. Our office manager finally got someone in the Chicago office who promised to investigate and get back to her. 2 more days passed and we still did not have an answer. Frustrated with the lack of communication - we hired someone else who communicated effectively and often. When we requested a refund for the deposit - we were told it was no problem but had to listen to explanation and even accused our company of cancelling the contract. How did we cancel the contract - when you never picked up the vehicle with the initial request. Then when they finally refunded the funds but not without an explanation. Not to mention the deposit and refund was via Cash App! Interesting to say the least. Warning - be careful because this company did not live upto the contract.
