I had a contract for $2350 to ship 2 cars from Arizona to Vermont. The day the vehicles were supposed to be shipped I called NAT and they had completely forgot about the order. They told me I would have to contract another $200 to get the vehicles shipped (I was already paying NAT $400 for the deposit). They wouldn't take the $200 out of there $400 deposit even though it was there fault.
The customer service was absolutely bottom rung. Rude, to an extreme . . .please avoid this company at all cost.
