I hired National Auto Transport to ship my truck from Hawaii to Florida. I did not know they were a broker, so my car was shipped from Hawaii to California my Matson Shipping (who did a fine job) and then picked up by A Unique Shipping Company in Hawaii. Jay M. @ National Auto Transport never called me to speak about the status of my car, no did he return any of the 10 plus, calls or emails and neither did their customer service department. I called Matson in California who informed me that A Unique Shipping Company had picked up my car (I had no idea) and Matson gave me their number. They spoke to me and told me my car would be one day late, then 2, then 3 then 4 days late, etc. They reimbursed me $0 for the lateness of my vehicle and my rental car expense to go to and from work (stating it was a mechanical problem and not their fault). When my car was delivered the driver parked in the middle turn lane of a 4 lane, busy highway and 5 PM and unloaded my car!!!
National Auto Transport still has not responded to any of my emails or calls. NEVER USE NATIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT OR A UNIQUE SHIPPING COMPANY.
