Miscommunication Problems

This company was very bad about returning calls and they will not pickup the phone when you call them. They withdrew the deposit twice from my account. They said they would put the money back into my account but didn't. I had to get my bank to fined a faurd charge against them. The driver told me one name to put on the cashier check and the company said another. Had to come up with another $800.00 cash because the driver would not accept the name the company told me to use. The driver was four days late in delivering the car. Car was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday July 21th was not there unitl Saturday. Driver keep changing time he was going to be there. Got there five hours late. The driver was nice though after he finally got there. All in all I didn't have a good experience with National. I can only say if you use this compnay please get all the facts you need before hand because they do communicate with yiou after you give them your deposit. I guess all tranport companies have some issures but I wouldn't use this compnay again and they are suppose to be one of the better ones. Good Luck
