Breach of contract

Deposit of $175.00 charged one month in advance of pickup date. There was NO contact made by the company to us after that time. I called 3 days before pickup window and was assured everything was in order and driver would contact me. 48 hr window came and went - on a weekend so not possible to contact anyone. Spoke with Alejandra in customer service the following Monday - she was the MOST DISRESPECTFUL representative I have ever dealt with. No explanation or apology for breach of contract without so much as a phone call follow up. No concern whatsoever for our situation. Totally unprofessional. The customer service dept seemed very accustomed to breaching contracts. We could not wait for futher lousy service so we opted to cancel and get a refund. 16 days later and no refund yet. Assured it would occur in 7-10 business days. Follow up call to Alejandra promised in the next day or two. Unable to get contact info for President Rick van de Water but suspect would be just as lousy and unprofessional a response. I would NEVER recommend this company and honestly am surprised they are still in business.
