All dates are per fax from the shipper. Promised pick up dates: 5/08/06-5/09/06. Vehicles, (2) were picked up @ 5:30 P.M. on the 10th. Guaranteed delivery of 7-10 days. I called several times after the 16th to at least find out when to expect the vehicles. The company phones were never answered but by a machine on which I left messages and never received a return phone call or email. The company brags in their advertising how you can constantly monitor the progress of your delivery, NOT. In fairness, I just wanted a delivery date or the courtesy of a return phone call. I don't know of anyone whom has 2 weeks of free time to be available 24/7 to accept delivery.

The vehicles arrived on May 26th, 16 days after pick up, 6 day's after longest guaranteed time frame. No explaination. The front bumper on one had rubbed the rear bumper on the other, presumably for the entire trip. Knowing the damage would not exceed the $500 deductible per vehicle, what could I do ? To top it off, I had put a $300 deposit on my credit card which left me a balance due of $1350.00. When the driver arrived he informed me that the balance due was $50.00 more ($1400.00). I called the company and in all honesty, got right through. I was told they would credit me the $50.00 dollars that night. I had them fax me this promise, on paper. Circumstances being what they were (rain) I agreed and handed over $1400.00 cash. Had I not had them fax me an agreement regarding the $50.00 increase, Alejandra,(finance manager) had threatened to fight the disputed charge on my credit card. I received the $50.00 credit on 6/20/06. Should all this have been necessary ? Of course not. Please do yourself a favor and read this site carefully before deciding on a transporter.
