A cancer to car transport

I hired NAT on 11/19/05 to transport a vehicle i had just purchased from a gentlemen in NY. (Who has been great in helping me through this ordeal). Adrian Amarcelino (a NAT sales rep.) took my deposit and promised me a smooth, worry free transport. The first pickup day 11/25/05 was postponed by me when i found out from the seller that the payment had not cleared through his bank yet. I did so by phone to Adrian on 11/23/05. A new pickup day was rescheduled for 11/29/05. On 11/28/05 the supposed contracted driver called the seller and informed him his truck was full and that another driver would call for pick up. No one called! NAT never called me to inform me and when i finally got through to customer service the following day I talked to Ron. He was rude and condescending. He told me that i would now have to wait until the driver they had supposedlly contracted was back in the area. The new pick up date was now 12/12/05. I was reluctant, but after being reminded several times during our conversation that if i cancelled i would lose my deposit, i agreed. After many voicemails and emails to Adrian he finally replied by email giving an excuse about unexpected weights and sizes of cars that would cause a driver to cancel other scheduled pick ups. He AGAIN assured me that there would be no more problems. Well the 12th came, but the supposed driver never did. I called NAT again and talked to Alejandra in customer service. Whom without a doubt is the most ignorant person i have ever talked to. Every time i tried to say something i was interrupted by outbursts of complete nonsense. She even had the nerve to tell me she didn't care if my car ever got transported and again i was reminded several times that if i cancelled i would lose my deposit. She told me i would have to now wait until 12/17/05. I couldn't listen to any more of her stupidity and company lies. i acknowledged and we hung up. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charge due to lack of services rendered and disgustingly poor customer service. Again i called NAT who would not answer my call until i used a different phone #, and cancelled. Ron proceeded to tell me that by disputing the charge that it will now go into collections. The reason i kept saying supposed driver during this review is that by going through another company i found out that NAT never booked my car for transport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Like most first time people in need of car transport i let a company who had a website of lies and smooth talking sales people cloud my better judgement. Learn from my mistake! You have been warned.
