I experienced the same scam as most others here. Sal gave me a great quote and promised me a pickup on a specific day with the next day as a "backup" day in case the truck couldn't make it. This was very important to me as this was a military move and I was on a very tight schedule. I won't bore everybody with every detail, but the car was not picked up on the agreed upon day. The next day after my wife was treated very rudely by Alejandra and refused requests to speak with higher management, my car was still not picked up with not even a call by the company or trucking service.

After having to leave the car in CA, I repeatedly tried to contact NAT to have my deposit returned to me because they did not perform the promised service. I was finally able to get a hold of someone almost a week later who after arguing with me that I was canceling my service and trying to take my deposit, finally agreed to a refund within 7 days. Two weeks later, after multiple messages for Sal (he still never answered his phone) I got a hold of a customer service rep who informed me that my refund had been put in. She sounded very offended at my offer that her company was again lying to me like the previous three times. I then informed her that I would be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau if it was not refunded this time. Two business days later I had my money back.

The people who run this "company" were next to impossible to deal with. And that was only when I was able to get a hold of anyone which was a rare occasion. This is clearly a scam and I plan on pursuing further complaints to get them shut down.
