I contracted with National to move my car from CA to NC, and was given an estimated date of pick up. I had no calls or info regarding someone picking up the car. I contacted customer service, and they said it would be picked up. It never got picked up, and NAT kept strining me along. After over a week of strining me along with "your car will get picked up soon" i finally demanded my money back. They rudely refunded my money back and said good luck getting your car across country. I would stay away from these people.
