This guy Adrian 'Ace' from National Auto Transporter will call me every week to check if I want to hire his serviecs for moving my car till he got my credit card details. He would give such confirmations verbally that his driver is about to pick my car the next moment I give him the credit card.
After my payment was recieved this company never showed up and my car never picked up. I called more than 10 times and left voice messages on the same number where I used to call before making the payment. I emailed this guy almost 4-5 times stricktly mentioning that my car hasn't been picked up as scheduled, please reply / call, but no sucess.
I would call their Vehicle Tracking Team, they will always get my job order number and would request me to hang on, I waited from 20 minutes to 1 hour many times but they won't reply back.
I guess they have cheated me and my money is lost now. I guess I 'll file a complain with my credit card company, that may work.
Please double check before doing any transaction with them.
