I contacted National Auto Transport to pick up truck in Texas and deliver in Utah. Primary contact person fron National Auto Transport was excellent in calling me back up until the time they had their $200 dollar deposit. I did talk to him after that a couple of times making the arrangements for pick-up and delivery. Since then I have called over 30 times, left 2-3 voice mail messages & 2 e-mails over a 10-14 day period. I have never heard back from him. I was told that when truck arrived and was dropped off in Utah, the remaining balance would be charged to my credit card. Then I found out that the place it was dropped off at had to pay the balance. Had I known this, I would have made arrangments with the drop off place rather then putting them on the spot to pay the balance. Prior to truck being picked up and for 6 calls after truck was picked up, the driver of carrier truck repeatedly called me thinking that I was the drop off contact after I had gave him the contact name and number 5 times already. Very unorganized, lack off communication gong show. This will be the last auto that I ever ship anywhere. I will make arrangements to have auto driven to location from now on. May cost a little more, but less aggravating then what I have been through.
I have talked too other people with the company to see if my primary contact still worked there. They say he does and they are surprised I haven't heard from him. Me to.
PS. Maybe now I will get a return call or e-mail, not likely though.
