We place the order on 3/6, before we e-signed the contract, we let them know clearly we could like to have the car picked as soon as possible not the 3/24 listed on the contract. Since that date was just a date we tried to get a quote from several companies. Jai said no problem, we can just sign it, and he will let them know. Nothing happen in one week, I called back and found out Jai is no longer with this company. During this time, we kept calling and calling and every time let them know, we could like the car be picked up as soon as possible. Everytime they said OK, they knew it. When I reach the dispatch guy Allen, he said since the price was low, he is still working on to see any body will accept the price. We did not set up the price, the price is their quote, not our problem. Today I called the customer service and ask to cancel the order and get my deposit back, as expected, he said your pick up date should be 24th, it has not pass 15 days yet. We learnt from this, next time, ask them to change the date and sign, people are no longer honest with their words. Money, money, money, that's what this company want, not customers. Everything will get back to the doer, that's what Karma is.
