Scheduled to pick up rv jan 21 for march 1st for 300$. They took 150$ for deposit which is refundable. Another company called me same day telling me it's a scam company but me being the trusting Christian man that I am I just figured of course they would say that about a competitor. Then decided to cancel February 4 due to job so I didn't need to move it. Policy says takes 7-10 days if you respond to cancellation email which I did and kept a copy of it. So I kept calling and they kept saying in 3 days so I called again. They said sometime next week. Then I called again they said Friday or mon. So I called accounting mon and he said wed or Thursday. I called Thursday and guy says accounting only works Fridays and it's now a month later. I had the feeling all along that they were scamming me and my gut was right but I give people the benefit of the doubt because I am a trustworthy person myself. Now they won't even answer my calls and I'm tired of waiting my time. They can keep it because Jesus Christ is my redeemer and avenger. If you use this company you can be sure they will raise your price at the time of delivery and hold your deposit hostage. If you cancel don't plan on getting your deposit back even if you follow all the rules. God Bless Romans 8:28
