Richard Wright the person that booked the transport was excellent, he was wright on track with his booking information and always in contact with me he was courteous and honest, "I did a lot of searching and found that honesty is very rear when dealing with companies that do vehicle transportation". The cross country driver Ryon Bourden was also excellent he kept me informed and was very prompt to return my phone calls and answer any questions I had. My vehicle was picked up on a Friday from California and was in Springfield Massachusetts by Friday morning seven days cost to cost delivery just as promised.

“Now for the bad part “after that it took my vehicle four days to be delivered to me in Connecticut, I am approximately forty-five minutes away from where the car was in Massachusetts. I was at work and in a meeting when the first phone call came about the delivery so I could not take the call, two more calls within ten minutes with messages from a person with a poor audited telling me that he tried to call me but I didn’t call him back wright away. I had to work on the day of delivery so a friend took delivery for me, when the car was delivered it would not start because the lights had been left on, the driver was asked to give the car a jump but he was in too big of a hurry to do so. He was asked to put the vehicle by the garage door but because it would not start he just left it in a spot he could drop it off in. It’s too bad the last part of this process was so poor because up to that point this was truly a very pleasant experience.
