We secured and paid a depost for a deliver from Belgrade, MT to Merritt Island, Fl. Driver (Alex) arrived at the pickup location stating that he was there to repossess a vehicle. When I found that out, I contacted Nations Auto who transferred me to the dispatcher, Randy. When I asked Randy if I needed to call the police, he asked "Do you want me to lie to you or do you want me to contact the driver?" Appalled, I said that I would like to hear from the driver. Alex, the driver, arrived 8 days after original contract date. No contact from Nations' Auto and no care as to the safety of my vehicle. When Alex did call, several days later, after I called daily for a status, he stated that he would arrive at 11pm but would not deliver to our house as contracted (door to door as is stated and contracted for) Instead, he called to say he would deliver "somewhere off I-95." I called Nations Auto no less than 10 times, leaving 5 messages and never received a call back. We had to threaten to call the police to which he said "Go ahead and call." We gave him a different location which happened to be the sheriff's office and he balked at that. When he was 20-25 minutes out, he called and asked if we had already called the sheriff. We told him to just meet us at the location. Upon arriving, he immediately requested payment. We asked to inspect the vehicle. He stated he would not unload the vehicle until we paid him thereby refusing to allow us to inspect it. HE CALLED THE POLICE ON US! We waited for 20 minutes for the police to arrive only to watch us pay him (in the CASH he demanded, not the cashier's check or money order that the order the contract allowed) and then stand there and watch him unload our vehicle. When he finally released it, we wrote "Driver refused to allow us to inspect the vehicle" on the receipt and he had the nerve write "Customer refused to inspect" right above it! Upon handing us the receipt, Alex said "here, now you can inspect it." NEVER use this company. EVER! CHRIS ARCHER is a liar and a cheat. He tells you his company owns the trucks then switches it and says "oh yeah, we work with that company (AAA Family Trucking). He is a louse. Nations Auto is a broker just like all the others. In fact, when we pointed out that we had a contract for delivery TO OUR DOOR, Alex the driver stated "You don't have a contract with me." Seriously? This is the absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. My only positive in this scenario is that I have my car back. In my possession. Never use this company. Heed my warning. These people will lie, cheat and steal in order to make a buck. I believe I have provided those examples above. Feel free to contact me for more information as to my experience.
