Nation Auto Transport was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Dec 31, 2015 to transport it to Florida. Our vehicle is packed with ALL OUR NECESSITIES for the next 3 months, including our clothes, toiletries, and household items.They NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE!!! This is the first year my husband and I chose to fly down and have our vehicle transported for our yearly winter vacation. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. We are now scrambling to make other arrangements for our vehicle because we fly out tomorrow 01-02-16 @ 9:30am. I initially spoke with Sam Archer in September and he emailed me my quote # on Oct, 9th 2015. I confirmed this transaction and offered my credit card number for deposit on December 10th. Sam told me not to worry about anything and the driver would call me direct the week of pickup to schedule the pickup time. I have reached out to NATION AUTO TRANSPORT for the last 3 days and no one is returning my calls. I would strongly recommend finding another carrier because NATION AUTO TRANSPORT has been EXTREMELY unprofessional and inconsiderate. We still have no idea what happened to our "confirmation for pickup" or how we are going to transport our vehicle to Florida.
