Hard to rate someone on a job that was never completed. It's a simple story here - Nick promises to be there. Nick calls several times over several days and gives LONG and involved, rambling stories about why he will be late, each time promising to be there in a few hours. He makes you rearrange your entire schedule, then calls again with the same story about why he's not going to be there for another hour/day. Then you finally realize he's never coming so you find someone else to do the job and he keeps calling you, even after you fire him.

I would not hire him to transport a bottle of water across my driveway.
