TERRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went thru Wise Auto Shipping to deliver my car from Michigan to Washington, and they told me the carrier was NAO Auto. Upon pick up, the driver had mechanical issues, and I had to constantly call him to find out when my car would get picked up. They gave me several times, and wouldn't show up. After numerous calls to dispatch, my car was finally picked up.

When it arrived in Washington, it was pretty dirty, but I had open carrier. My problem was the damage. There were numerous dents on the rocker panels that were clearly from them strapping my vehicle onto the trucks. I made notes on the claim and went thru all the proper channels. Insurance said the damage was less than $1000 (even though my estimate was almost double that), and that they couldn't cover the costs. I would need to go thru NAO Auto directly.

I never got thru. I called everyday for over 2 months, and left messages for Tim (the owner), and got put on hold for over 30 minutes, with no resolution. If, sorry, WHEN your car gets damaged by this carrier, don't expect any help or sense of responsibility on getting it fixed. I got tired of all the running around and gave up. So if you have the resources and time to deal with them, TAKE THEIR ASSES DOWN for us who can't.
