I took the time to write this because NAO did such a good job for me that I felt they deserved an attaboy! I shipped a brand 2010 Corolla form OR to MN. The car was picked up at the time promised. NAO sent a single vehicle truck because of our steep and narrow road. The driver was cordial and helpful and provided me with his and the drivers's name and cell phone in case of questions about delivery. Delivery, estimated to be in 6 days, occurred on the estimated date despite a delay in Montana from a flat tire. The car arrived in pefect condition. The whole process was totally without hassle. I'm a very satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to use NAO Auto again.
