rUse this company at your own risk. I am working on getting all soldiers I work with to NOT work with this company. This company, along with Timeless Auto Transport broker, Marcus Roman. Broker the deal by yourself. Do not fill out the form for them to contact you. You can broker the deal without using a broker. This is much easier. My car was supposed to be delivered September 26 per the contract that Marcus Roman set up, it is now October 16 and my car will NOT arrive until October 17. I am also working alongside military personnel to warn them not to use that particular broke and NAO auto. They for some reason don't think my complaints or calling is warranted. You have my $50,000 car in your possession and yet you don't think I need to find out where MY car is. I had to use my tracking device on my car the entire time. Here's where I found out they were all liars. I am looking at the exact location of my car from my app. It tells me street names, location and last update. I can even zoom in to see my car (UConnect App). Yet, Marcus and NAO kept giving me the run around as to where my car is. Feel free to email me at shameka.d.hall3@gmail.com if you want to know what my experience was like. I am warning you now. Look at the reviews for NAO. I will spend my 36 month time while we are stationed here to get the word out to as many soldiers as possible. However, the driver was the ONLY one that was truthful in all of this. He was great. For example, Marcus (the broker) told me he could not deliver my car to one place.. The driver called me personally and asked me, "why would the broker tell you that." That means no one got with the driver to see his delivery route. If you go through a broker, please look at the reviews of the company they are pairing you with. Stand your ground if the company has poor reviews and have them to book you with another company. As a matter of fact, do the deal yourself and save yourself the hassle of paying the broker $155.00 just to click one button

this was not late due to us shipping it late, it was late on the ship from alaska to washington (our contract states delivery 8-12 days) we delivered in that window..only reason it was late was because customer didnt turn the car into the port on time in alaska or hawaii therefor didnt make it on the first ship..car didnt arrive in WA until over 10 days after we were supposed to take it from WA..please remove rating
