I have no issue with the driver himself, he was on time, very friendly and cordial. Before picking up the car he did a thorough inspection and marked the few chips the car had. He picked up the car in in enclosed vehicle from MI and drove it to WA. Upon Delivery in WA, we both noticed a sizable chip on the front hood that was obviously not there when it was picked up. I was okay with it, marked it on the Bill of Lading and would take it up with NAO Auto the following day. This is where it gets fun.

I took pictures of the car, took pictures of the chip, and then called NAO Auto to ask how to proceed. NAO told me to e-mail the pictures, pickup dates and times, starting and ending destination and car type. No problem. I was told that it would take about 3-5 days for someone to get back to me, which is understandable, I'm thinking this is time to assess the damages.

1 week goes by and I call NAO Auto (Wed Jul 30) and ask to speak with the Claims department, I leave a voice mail. No call back

Another 2 days (Fri Aug 1) go by and I call and leave another voice mail. No call back.

Another 3 days go (Monday Aug 4) by and I call and leave another voice mail. No call back.

2 days (Aug 6) go by and I send another e-mail message. No Reply.

Yet again 2 days later I call and this time I finally get someone on the phone. We talk and he tries to argue with me telling me that I caused the chip. The chip was not present on pickup, the chip was present on delivery. I know I didn't travel with the driver and chip my car while it was enclosed during the 4 days of travel, but who knows, maybe I can be in 2 places at once.

Finally he said okay and told me that he would e-mail me a repair place for the chip. It's now Sept. 4, I'm still waiting for the e-mail...

Don't use NAO Auto, you will not get your claim and you will get a run around. I would talk to a lawyer to see what can be done if the damages were greater, but a $50-$100 chip isn't worth my time to go after this company. Again, the Driver himself was fine, it's the company NAO Auto that I have an issue with.
