I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They use general terminology that is easily open to interpretation so they can claim innocence WHEN something goes wrong. Because of this, when something goes wrong, they throw up their hands and say "its not our fault, you are on your own". They force you to find some third party to accept the vehicles at your expense and there is no recourse when damage is done because the vehicles must be signed for. They find the cheapest most sketchy transportation company that does not follow state laws or DOT rules.
