Customer service was pleasant to deal with and it was easy to schedule with them for pick up and drop off. I appreciated that the driver would call about 30 minutes before arrival. We met at the parking lot of a local shopping center for pick up in St. Louis and when delivering in Tacoma, they parked at a nearby Walmart and drove my car to my house (and then the driver took an Uber/ride service to get back to the trailer/truck at Walmart). My car was delivered/transported undamaged and I have no major complaints. It was pricy but worth it. The only suggestion would be to offer a car wash somehow for an extra cost (I would totally pay for that) because my car arrived pretty dusty/gritty (understandably so) after the transport from St. Louis to Tacoma. I would think about using this service again as long as the price/cost remained competitive to other serviceproviders.
