I was very hesitant at first to use a transport service since so many had bad reviews, and we were also victims of the Unified Van Lines scam. However we did use ABF Upack and got Mr Car Shipper from their referral and that made us feel better. Then the positive reviews as well, so we decided to go for it. I was on a tight schedule, being in CA to see my parents hospital recovery and initially I was worried if this would all work as planned, and then he driver called me that he was buried in traffic and was running late. He even sent me a picture, I recognized the 10 traffic jam and understood. Even though the driver was late, he was still able to get the car loaded that day. Then it arrived in NC on the day and time planned. Drop off was scheduled for Monday around noon, Friday he texted me to confirm the plan and said if the two morning drop-offs go as planned, then he would be there at 1pm. If you ever watch the process of loading/unloading you would understand why schedule times vary, there's a lot to it. This applied to me, my car was in front, so there were cars to unload first, and that takes time. Same when he picked my car up, he said my car had to go on the bottom as it was old and leaky, which was very true, he had to protect the other cars. He also had to disconnect my battery, all this takes time, and was appreciated. I was very pleased and would use them again if needed. Sincerely, James LeLeux
