This company is a shipping brokerage firm. That means they do not have ultimate control about what happens out there in the real world. I can not complain about the price but do not pay any attention to guarantees of pleasant experiences. The car arrived in one piece and they did allow me to ship some extra items in the trunk, which is another reason I chose them, however the pick up and drop off experience was very stressful. I understand the logistics of shipping a car across country, the liability of shippers and the problems customers present with their preconceived ideas but someone needs to train these foreign on the road drivers about the American way of scheduling things. They also need customer service training and fast track English language learning. Our schedule as to what we would accept was laid out weeks in advance. We were notified about a schedule change delaying pick up which we agreed to. Then they showed up about 3 or 4 days early and announced they were at the house. No heads up warning call. My brother was at work and had to jump in his car and hurry home about 8 miles away. Meanwhile, because we were not given the trucking name of this subcontractor originally, we had to call our shippers to make sure it was not a scam.

About a week later when the trucking company announced what day they were going to be dropping off the car, I waited for them to call when they got close. They called and said they would be there about 6 pm and then called again and said they would be there about 9 pm. I asked them where they were on the road at that time and from their position, I knew it would not be 9 pm. When 10 pm rolled around and they were not there, I called the trucker's direct cell line and asked again where they were. When they told me, I said to forget it, I would not be awake when they got to my home. The foreigner smugly said that they would then drop the car off in my driveway and leave the keys in the mailbox!! I said that was crazy and called the contact at the trucking firm to let him know I was taking no midnight shipments. I also informed Mr. Shipper. Soon I got a return call and was asked if first light was ok and I said alright. The car showed up early next morning.
