Original quote $1395, Toby the sales person says they are A+ with BBB (Lie number 1) they use all there own staff, never contract out! (lie #2) The quote includes disassembly Wrapping, and packing material for everything, (lie #3).

Day of move, truck arrives, items are surveyed (mind you this is one bedroom worth of stuff in boxes already and in one room for easy loading. Supervisor of the crew of three says... oh there is 100 Cubic feet more stuff so its $350 more... now mind you it is ALL in a 12 x 12 bedroom in our duplex, so you do the math. I tell him that's not even close to 100 cubic feet of stuff to begin with... Reply is well we also have to use these boxes and tape and wrapping material etc... And get this he wanted CASH for it (LOL Yeah that would happen) Paid check... ($350 more is still less than any other quote I received so fine lets do it.) MY MISTAKE! Additionally, the LP tank that they advised us could not be taken due to DOT rules. WAS Taken, and was never to be seen again. As was our floor lamp.

Day 1 after movers leave, we are on the road to California, get a call that they will not accept a Company Check that I already gave them, post dated for the delivery date. We instead must bring cash to the driver, or a money order from only the Post Office.

Two days before delivery get another call from Manager... we get the final amount for the drop off, and says BTW it will be there tomorrow, we were still 1 day away and getting the cash spun around that fast because of the daily limits on my banks card, made for a big issue. Of which the managers simple response was to yell at me and berate me. There Effing Customer, and he is yelling at me!

Day of arrival, (two days after the day when he said it would be here) Driver Arrives and pulls truck in, and promptly explains he needs $150 Cash or he will not deliver the merchandise, and the best part is that its a different moving company than the one we started with... They Contracted it out. So we go around and around and they threaten me with $550 dollars instead, and the threats continue, all over 100 feet of walking.

Once they start unloading the delivery it becomes obvious they have had this load poorly seated in the truck or they had a family of illiegals using my boxes as seats for there family while moving to California. Crushed, Damaged, Torn, Dirty, and STOLEN... and at .60 per pound per item not much that they have to worry about either.

After unloading and unboxing the vital stuff is here, the important things are here, however it is unsettling to know that your boxes have been gone through and the stuff they could fence easy was stolen. All in all if you dont mind having damaged stuff and the possibility of things being stolen on the way then Hire these guys, they are 1st class crooks. OTHERWISE BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE THEM !!!! EVER!!!!
