Let me start off by saying this is a broker. They are not a trucking company. Please, please, please note this. You are essentially paying them to find you a driver. I needed a driver. I was assured I would have a driver to pick up. Well, I did receive a driver, but it was on Tuesday. I requested Monday so I would not have to pay storage fees at Copart. Well, I ended up paying more than the original quote because the driver cost more. The driver also could not pick up on Monday, so I had to pay the storage fee. This was the first time I was aware they were a broker. Their website is misleading. Anyway, I explicitly told them to inform the driver to pick up the title. Guess what? The driver did not pick up the title and I am out of $20 more dollars but the cost to receive the title. If you are getting a vehicle from Copart, just use their drivers. They cost more, but you will get your vehicle with the title and other necessary paperwork on time. Just the fact they get your credit card information for a specific quote, but then up the quote and you could potentially lose your money if you cancel does not sit right with me. After I did complete the paperwork with this company, I received multiple offers from other companies for the same driver. Allegedly, there was only one driver from McDonough, GA to Madisonville, TN which resulted in him demanding $1150. I would suggest this company get quotes from drivers before taking your credit card information and explicitly say they are a broker not an actual trucking company. Needless to say I do not and I mean do not recommend this company. A separate review will be done on Breezeway Transportation LLC which was the transporting company Move Wheels hired to move my car.
