Based in Florida, Miss "Mia" An asian woman still struggling with english is apparently the owner. She will blow smoke about "I have driver" in your face then email you an E-sign contract. The next day she refused to answer her phone. I called at least 25 times trying to get my vehicle picked up, contract # 1713024. The CSR agents she employs (Steve, Gina, Alex) are also struggling with basic english and will give you different stories each time you call. Ranging from "today for sure" to "We are still trying to contact shipping agent" depending on which csr you get. They will also put you on hold when you ask to speak to Mia directly, then you will be switched to a voicemail machine. Please don't even waste your time with this shady joke of a business.
