I recently helped my dad work with this company to ship a car over a different state for another relative. There were initial troubles with our driver because his truck broke down and he couldn’t get to us.. It was also during the holidays so it was hard to find a slot to fit us in. However, Mary was able to make it right by keeping us informed, being patient with us and absolutely streamlined the process. She was quick to respond and even quickly refunded the money my dad had accidentally overpaid. We are certainly thankful and appreciate her help.
