Broken Promises

I was lured in by this company never to receive my vehicle or have it picked up. I emailed my rep several times and left voicemails. When he finally answered he blamed me for bothering him on the weekend and that, "he has a life" I have record that the calls and emails were sent midweek. The worst part was that every time there was a new promise that it would be Monday, then Friday at the latest.....the day never came. I tested this theory by asking that he contact me Friday either way...he claimed to put it in his outlook......guess it was broken because big surprise he never called emailed or sent a courier pigeon. The other thing he loved to do was blame me for the car never being picked up. The truck was being painted and was delayed by a few days but somehow a month later it still had not moved. I find it hard to believe that there wasnt one truck who came to Ohio in the last month. This company is a joke and is nothing but excuses. Working with car transports companies has been one of the worst experiences in my life thanks to them.
