Crystal provided excellent customer service and promptly returned all my calls and emails. Although the transporter company required an additional $150, this went directly to them and it was worth it to me to get my car early. The car was picked up the very first evening of the pickup estimate and got to me much earlier than expected. I would definitely use Crystal and Move On Time again.
