Worst experience ever. They promised to pick-up a vehicle on May 4th. But after several days of not hearing anything from them, along with not being able to contact them. They finally called eight days later, ready for pickup. But we hired another company to pick it up, and they picked it up and delivered on the same day we contacted them. This is one company that we would never recommend. They even charged a $75 cancel fee, and only refunded us our $25 out of $100.
