We needed to get a non-running car to ND from CA, and 2 running cars from OR to ND. The floods were happening in ND at the time and no trucks wanted to come to ND, and the fact that not many cars leave ND on trucks didn't help either. Their rep listened to my suggestion of letting us rent a storage space in OR down the road from the other 2 vehicles, pick all 3 up at the same time and meet us in Billings. (Another company told me it couldn't be done.) They found the truck drivers to do this and it worked out great. Only one complaint of the first drivers rude personality (I'm being nice) from the storage unit company's employee, so I have requested to never use that company again. They have noted my grievance and assured me they would not put that company on another move I book with them. Other than that one incident, we are very happy with Move on Time's service. I would definitely use them again.
