I didn't know they were a broker, until after I paid the deposit. They initially tried to change their "guaranteed" price and were unavailable by phone and email after they selected the shipper. Disregarding my agreed-upon pick-up time, the driver arrived in the middle of the night and woke me up via cell phone to give him directions into NYC. The axle of his trailer had broken en route and his GPS was working properly. After loading my car, he forgot to turn off the car's hazard lights - so I had to call him on his cell to remind him. The delivery took 2 days rather than one because the driver hadn't slept on the way up and went home to sleep - and also to have his axle repaired. He finally delivered the car after asking the person to whom the car was to be delivered whether he would come to him. When the car finally arrived, a fender flare was missing. Great work!

The customer knew the pickup was at night when we called and gave him the carriers information, sometimes due to traffic and delays beyond human control that happens, the point is the car was picked up on the day he wanted to and delivery on time, the driver had to stop becuase he had to layover from driving so much to meet deadlines i am sure anyone could understand, but it is unfortunate that some people see otherwise
