Before the reservation was made on July 2,2008 We had received numerous calls from this company and they promised on a message left (July 1, 2008) that they could pick up vehicle that day or the next. On July 2nd we made the reservation and paid our deposit via debit card of $199.00 and was told that the vehicle would be picked up by a carrier on that day or the next since there were various carriers in the area waiting to leave out. I called Leroy several times to see what was going on with this transport and was told that he would call me when the vehicle was assigned to a carrier. I was also told I called too much. On the third of July I called again and was told do to the holiday it might not be till the weekend. On Friday the 4th I called again and was told it might not be until Monday. At this point I asked about cancellation and was told that I could cancel and Fax it to them. At first I emailed it to them and was told it had to be faxed and when they received the fax it would take 72 hours to receive my money back. I faxed the paper in on Monday the 7th of July and It is now the 10th of July and I have not received my money. I even emailed to get info and was told my refund was processed on the 8th (also the day they removed the money from the bank) I spoke to Gil on the phone and was told it was 72 hours from the date they processed the refund I told him that if it is not back in my account tomorrow i would have to file a dispute with my bank and more or less i was threatened that if that is the way I wanted to go he would cancel my refund and let the "big guys" fight it out.
I will never hire this company again for anything!!!!!! They treat you good until they get your money. They LIE and keep changing their story and they give no way for you to contact them or their accounting office except email no way to contact after hours

When this customer made the order no less than 2 mins she called back asking for carriers info, i explained to her just like before she made the order the procedures,also i told her that a carrier can cancel so we will then have to find another,which can be fast or a couple of days, the carrier cancelled on us, and literally she called 15 times a day even staying on hold, you cant control traffic and a silght delay in route, which took place, and the customer knew what was going on the whole time
