This company is a broker. They do not have good estimation process and do not follow through with the company they hire to do the work. They are not open on the weekends and leave no numbers for customers to contact in case of problems or no shows as was our case. We were left to leave the vehicles in a work parking lot to be picked up after we had already left the state. It was a mess and this company did nothing to make sure we (the customer) had been taken care of. The process was sloppy from start to finish and we had to initiate every contact. They did not respond to any emails we ever left and are now on file with the BBB with a stong complaint.

Do not use this company. The price is comparable to most others and the service is awefull. You get a lot less than you pay for with this broker!!

The customer stated that the vehicles were assigned a carrier within 3 days and delivered from Florida to Washington in 8 days. I do not understand her compalint or the reasons for such. Unfortunately, it is neither prudent or reasonable to be inconstant contact with a client and the 800 telephone number and available e-mail addresses are more than sufficient means of communication. Move on Time was not notified of any complication with this delvery by the client or carrier and it is not possible to solve problems by crystal ball.
