I contacted Gina 8 september 2011 (1030 am EST) after a severely botched job with Webster Services (do not use either). I informed her of my situation (military transferring stations) and she assured me that their company could handle the job in the allotted time frame. A $150.00 deposit was made at this time. I called several times to check the status and was either sent to voice mail or not answered at all. The job was cancelled by the company due to not being able to pick up before due date (13 Sep 2011). I was told via phone that my deposit would be refunded and sorry. I have checked my credit card everyday since then for the refund and it still has not posted. Talked with Mark this morning whose customer service skills is sorely lacking. He told that the system shows the job cancelled 19 Sep and that the refund has been sent to their refund dept and that Gina had been fired for making promises that she could not keep. I asked to speak with the manager (Chrristina) and he replied that she was on the other line and that there was nothing she could do anyways. I called back on another line to which Christina answered. And told me that my refund was sent to the refund dept that is outside the US and that it has to be rrviewed before its sent ack to me and that it would take up to 2 weeks for it to post. I am extremely disappointed with this company. My advice for individuals considering using this company: "get a uhaul". Currently towing my vehicle from NC to CA myself.
