I placed the order with LeRoy at Move On Time on June 18, 2011. The Jeep was to be delivered on or before the 25th of June. I was repeatedly assured that it would be no problem to deliver by that date since I was a couple of miles off I-10. I paid a $150 deposit and the balance of $400 was to be paid at delivery with a cashiers check. On 06/21 I noticed that they had misspelled our name and called to get that corrected. Call went right through to Dispatch and he said he would make the correction and that he would call as soon as he had the load put together. He indicated that he thought it would happen that day or the next day. I called on the 22nd and left a message on voice mail at dispatch. With no return calls on the 22, on the 23, I had my secretary call numerous times during the day, always being told that dispatch was the only one that could do anything and it always went to voice mail with the promise that they would return the call. Dispatch never did. I started sending Emails to LeRoy. I got one email back stating their had been a slight delay. Monday, the 27, we again called numerous times and i sent emails to LeRoy. No answers. In my emails on the 29th, I indicated that it had been 5 days after their promised date of delivery. I told them that they had breached their contract and I would find someone else to haul the Jeep. I waited the balance of that day and never heard anything. Approximately, noon on the 30th. I placed an order for delivery of the Jeep with another carrier. After I had placed the order with another carrier, I got a call from Stan with Move on Time stating that they would be able to pick the Jeep up on July 1st. I told him that I had made numerous calls and sent emails and with no response, I placed the order with another firm that morning. He said he was sorry, but he just got the message. He said he would refund my deposit. Hasn't happened yet, but MAYBE it will. Since I made the deposit with a credit card, I am disputing the charge. Today is the 11th of July. The other carrier has already delivered the Jeep. I will not use this service again. Garth
