A Sales Rep from this company guaranteed my desired pick-up date for my SUV for transport to New England from Florida. To do so the Rep insisted on a $100 deposit in advance to book my vehicle for the promised date. I was also told that I had to sign an order (electronically) to guarntee my date. The order had in small print that the company required 10 days notice for cancellation. As it turned out when it came time to ship I was told by the sales rep that they couldn't meet my promise date and that I would lose my refund if I canecelled without ten days notice. How could I possibly do that if their promise pick-up date was within the 10 day period that they could not guarantee. Anyway I spoke to Carolos Larios (the person in charge) who apologized for the Rep giving me bad information. He said that Rep no longer works there. Carols promised he would refund my deposit (4 weeks ago). I've emailed him 3 times since then asking where my refiund is. I have never received an answer to any of my emails. This company was not honest with me up front. I found out since then that reputable carriers do not insist on a deposit until pick-up. I was also told they low ball pricing to bait you and hopefully you'll pay more later. I was suckered by this company and again by Carlos after believing his make believe promise of a refund and fictitious apology.

This custoer canceled within 10-days of the first available dat to pick up his car, thats why he wasnt eligible for a refund based on the contract. I try to explain the customer over the phone but he refused to listen. When someone make a booking with us, we work hard to find a carrier utilizing aour resources and time. Thanks. MAT
