what a positive experience it was to deal with Motors on the Move. After my initial contact with Monique, I had an in-depth conversation with Stephanie, explaining that I could be more flexible with timing in exchange for a more aggressive bid. Both women understood and responded to my situation as well as any reasonable person could have ever expected.

They were pleasant, professional, and EFFECTIVE. I got the bid I was seeking AND expeditious service. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation (I'd never shipped a vehicle, especially a brand new Nissan Leaf EV, across the country or purchased a vehicle 1,800 miles away sight-unseen) into a secure experience.

NOTE: Stefanie explained that even though their company is relatively new one, both ladies have been in the industry for years with a previous company before opening their own business.

Give them a shot to earn your business like I did, because after signing up for "auto transport service" on the Internet, I got umpteen calls from "boiler room" operations (you could hear incredible noise in the background with many people working the phones). That scared me, and I was far happier with the attention I received from a boutique brokerage like Motors on the Move. I would recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. Communication is the key and theirs was exceptional and personal.
