There is little more to say other than the service provided by Laura was flawless. She returned calls promptly and priced the transport so it was bid on by two companies within a couple hours of placing the order. She researched the companies and called to tell me which one would be transporting my car. I was given the contact info and the company which picked up the car in Denver delivered it safely to within .2 miles of my home in Maryland within the window I was given. The car exterior was dirty, but that is par for the course, when shipped on an open carrier across country. While shipping a car is probably never stress-free for the owner because one is always worrying about the condition in which it will arrive and if it will be picked up and delivered on time, Laura delivered as stress-free an experience as this car owner has ever had when shipping a car. Should I need to ship a car again, I hope this company and Laura are still in the business!
