I was told my car would be picked up in maximum 7 days and it was picked up on 7th day. It was delivered in 3 days after pick up. Car was slightly dirty which is not unexpected given the open transport system but there was no damage. Also when my car was picked up the battery had died and the driver helped jump start it. Also he was thoughtful enough to let the engine run a little while on his way here to make sure it doesn't die again. Price was what I was told. No extra costs. Overall pretty good reliable service . I would use it again if need to.
