PROS: Mary was great! She was very honest and transparent, and was extremely quick to answer emails and calls. The car also arrived safely and soundly in the new location, although there were some drips of oil that I was unable to remove. Not too many, but something to be aware of.

CONS: Mary was a broker between Auto Transport and another 3rd party contractor, so had very little control over the actual transport itself. The transporter used was late several days and kept on promising to be there the next day, but would keep getting delayed (or would not pick up the phone when called). While the car made it, it did take several days longer than we thought it would to even get it picked up. In addition, I had placed a jacket in the trunk of the car, and it was not there when the car arrived.

Overall, good service, although beware of possible delays.
