Mary was very helpful. The underlying carrier, however, did not notify me of delivery until I inquired and called the driver myself at which time he told me he was 45 minutes away. And it was a day early. Luckily I was at home. I was suppose to have gotten a call the day before with the appox. arrival time the next day but that didn't happen. And he wouldn't deliver it to my house. I had to go to location to pick it up. Further, the driver did not speak good English and I had a hard time understanding his directions.
